Bad bad service in Absa Nelspruit

Absa Nelspruit crossing staff don't understand the meaning of customer service. My niece have been frequenting the bank for a very serious problem(money is missing in her account)since last year October to date not attended.The only reason for them is under staffed.She waited for more than an hour to be serviced.I wonder if there is a branch manager in that bank.
