Bad Bad Service from ABSA

for a month I have been trying to send money to united kingdom via western union on the absa internet banking app. every time I click send I get error message "D0011 PROCESS ERROR - PLEASE GO TO BRANCH" I have go ne to the branch and they can’t assist me, they phoned the absa internet banking and was on the phone for 30 and was told should use google chrome it will fix the problem but still having the same problem.

I phoned them again on Friday last week and they said they're investigating the matter and up to now no response from absa. Why do you put such apps and takes you ages to troubleshoot. bad service indeed and not happy.
