BAD BAD Service

Been waiting for over a week for my credit card that was approved over 2 weeks ago. There is no communication whatsoever. Everything was submitted and approved and I have been waiting for over a week for delivery. The branch for delivery was confirmed but I am still waiting for almost two weeks with nothing.

The service is disgusting. I have been following up but nothing still.
