Bad bad service!

<p>Hi I have a loan with ABSA vehicle finance For 2 months the debit order did'nt go off, after not hearing from the bank we phoned- they just said it's a glitch in the system The next month the debit order went off as usual This week I got a phone call- we were handed over to debt collectors without any warning!! No phone calls or emails When I inquired with Vehicle finance we found that all my details were wrong on my profile!! They could not give us any reason why They only had my name and ID number correct! After a huge fight at the bank- they eventually let me change the details But no one could explain why my details were suddenly mixed up with someone else's and why no one bothered to try and reach me before handing us over to the debt collectors! The guy actually showed up to fetch the car (with no official documentation) On the phone at the bank they sent us to Info, and at Info they send us back to the phones The service at ABSA (especially vehicle finance) is TERRIBLE!!!!! And no one would explaim to us why my details were wrong (although the collector could reach me...)</p>
