BAD BAD CUSTOMERS SERVICE ABSA HOME LOANS

Everything was approved and went well until the papers was sent to attorneys Taljaard & Kloppers in Wolmaranstad. The lady who handled Mr Erasmus sent us paperwork to complete. Mr Erasmus went to sign, she contacted Mr Erasmus for 2 more signatures later the next week. Before Mr. Erasmus could go for the additional signature he was sent a huge R10462.25 account, which the Mrs L Smit says it is for Mr. JH Erasmus account and not for absa. (she says its normal mortgage cost, and for his account, not absa. Mr JH Erasmus was not told about this. We are trying to get hold of absa propertyhub, since Monday. Our emails only gets transferred to next person. We emailed ***ca, she send us a mail she is not available, asked us kindly to send to ***ca, we did that, intersky sent the mail to mokgadi, kgagamedi again asking her to sort out. We sent the same mail to propertyhub@absa, they sent the mail to mokgadi,kgagamedi again. Thursday night 18 May 2023, still no one has contacted us, emailed regarding this problem with the payment the attourneys demand from Mr. JH Erasmus. Mr Erasmus are thinking of cancelling the homeloan, absa dont care about their customers. He did not even receive the R75000 loan and the attourneys want R10 000 of this. We need answers why this amount was not communicated to Mr Erasmus while terms & Conditions was read to Mr Erasmus. We asked that everything it means all cost must be included in the loan, so he can pay this on a monthly installment of R2100.00+-.
