Bad bad bad service

Absa told me that someone **********ly opened a credit account in my details and now they closed the account after detecting it was **********. Every time when I check my credit score, ABSA credit account are there and I don't even have an account with them. I fail to understand how they can give someone so much money without even verifying their information. I went to their branch in December I was told an Investigator will respond via e-mail, I called the contact centre I was told the investigator will call me and no reference number given and I sent e-mails there was no acknowledgements whatsoever.

I requested ABSA that my details be removed on your systems as I do not have any account with ABSA, and to please remove ABSA details on my credit record as it is affecting my credit score and report. Lastly to please respond in writing on their action plan and resolution to my query.
