BAD BAD BAD Loans Department ABSA

<p>I don't know how the hell a bank can first let you know that a loan has been aproved and when you try to find out about the pay out, they tell you it has declined. They don't let you know, they just don't try to contact you to inform you that a loan has been declined. After I have to call them 5 times to find out how far the application is, they just say "sorry it has been decliend" This has been the worst service I have ever had from a bank. I feel like moving my account to somone els that will help me. </p> <p>STOP advertising laons if you don't want to give loans.</p>
