Bad bad bad

Absolutly pathetic ...white ri et branch customer consultant laying on her backbone while helping client on a very slow pace and take Katherine people in to help when it is not their turn. J was sitting more than an hour and half waiting my turn and then there was a lady that came in when it was my turn and was taken before me. That's why I close my account now.
