Bad Bad ABSA

Was done in by Interrent Car Hire. They simply created false costs which I never signed or authorized and took my deposit. This was done on my ABSA credit card. I alerted ABSA of the ******* transactions. They simply denied that I had a case and paid the merchant without alerting me. I complained but they just referred meback to the merchant. To date nothing has been done by them to retrieve my money - they just refer me to the merchant
