How pathetic. What is customer service all about? We have closed my husbands cheque account opening a savings account and SARS has paid money in there when I phoned them to transfer it to the savings account I have to come in???> My husbands card gave problems since the day we got it today he wanted to draw money and that card is blocked????????????????? I am sick and tired of ABSA.

26 Nov 2018, 08:46DA Brits *** *** (savings) My husband went to Absa Friday to have the funds transferred from his cheque acc to savings - now wow it will take 4 days to transfer the money they will investigate??????? What investigate it is our money. We had to close the account due to private circumstances. Really?????
Please investigate and respond to me as soon as possible. This is absurd!!!

28 Nov 2018, 11:05I hope i am getting a response from ABSA. It is just why do they have to investigate why money has been transferred to a wrong account. Now they must transfer it to the running account??????I have send the lady that is the case administrator an e-mail so lets see what is the outcome????
