Bad attitude towards clients under debt review

I have an ABSA credit card which I do not use anymore because of being under debt review. Due to my situation, I am no longer directly responsible for payments to ABSA. I pay my agreed amount to the NDPA who then pays all involved, including ABSA. Every month, I get a letter from ABSA saying that my credit card payment has not been made. I checked my statement, only to find that the payments have been done by the NDPA and are up to date. I phoned ABSA numerous times regarding these letters as they cause great strain in personal relationships. The consultants assured me everytime that my status does show that I am under debt review and assured me that I won't get anymore letters.... yet they keep coming. Today I receive another sms saying my credit limit has been lowered and that a letter has been mailed to me..... ABSA BANK..... I AM UNDER DEBT REVIEW.... I CAN'T USE THE CARD AND I MAKE SURE MY NDPA PAYMENT IS MADE EVERY MONTH AND I KNOW YOU GET PAID EVERY MONTH. PLEASE STOP TRAUMATISING ME!!!!!
