Bad attitude from staff member
Dear Maria Ramos please educate the staff at Birch Acres Mall on treating customers fairly and communication s****s. Had a very horrible encounter with a lady with a long name ending with Nyadzeni. She has no right to treat me like ******* even if I am in the township. Ignoring a customer is not high on my books of good service either.
