Bad attitude from branch manager

on thursday my mother was ****** after withdrawing money fron the alex branch the ******* were waiting for her at the house by the gate waitIming for her to come home, how else would they know where she stayed and that she had a large amount of money on her unless someone tipped them off, so on friday we went back to the branch i was very dissapointed with the treatment and bad attitude we got from the branch manager at absabank alexandra, Lihle serage, she was so rude to us on friday after when we went ti report an incident that happened the before. She wouldnt answer our questions and she kept telling us that what ever questions we had we should write them on a piece of paper,
