Bad attitude

I recently went to the Absa Tzaneen crossing branch to collect my new credit card. At general enquiries is was assisted by a young gentleman. He went to collect my card after I gave him my green barcode ID. I did the fingerprint everything. He then called out for an override. A very obnoxious and rude lady by the name of Moidi Molola came over. She said to me in her words. Were you not told about the ID. I was surprised, and said what about my ID. Yes she said, you have to get the ID card, because next time I won't come and do a override for you. Excuse me. First of all Moidi, whom do you think you are? Don't ever assume you can tell me what to do. Secondly that's your JOB you get paid for. I could do that easy. Then as far is a know, ALL green barode ID are valid and can be used. I don't have the time to stand in our useless home affairs to get the card done. Sort out your attitude. You made my experience with Absa a bad one. I demand an apology. FROM HER.
