Bad attitude and useless

I received the worst terrible service from Absa ,dealt with Marian who was useless and her attitude is so terrible I asked her to put me through to her supervisor who was helpful but at the end I felt disrespected for her to allow her staff member to laugh while talking to a customer it shows that she is as useless as them her name is billyjean johnson this guys thinks that Absa is their own company forgetting that they are hired to work not to make fun of the customer and to assist the customer I was given a number that doesn't even work the agent Marian can't even explain properly this people only want you to listen to them and yet you are the customer and they are there to serve us they are not there to make fun of the customer it clearly shows that they do not value their job if they did they wouldn't treat customers like this ,yes I know that my home loan is in arrears but it doesn't give them the rights to disrespect customers who are angry who needs their help ,I even told them that why can't they get hold of me the supervisor says you need to answer your call when they call ???? I received their stupid message to say that they have been calling me with no lack but yet I received calls from them all the time Absa is so useless I have been paying and also adding 2 grand or 1 grand every month they say they can't see that ,******** useless people ,there is nothing annoying like being laughed at by an employee of the company because of your situation...
