Bad attitude and service

Morning I have vehicle finance with Absa. I app**** for restructruring in June 2020 and it was APPERENTLY approved. The lady phoned me on the 30th October 2020 to inform me it was approved. She told me the I had to pay now around R3600 a month and the term is now for 72 months. and she told me I am nothing in arrears. Now I keep getting phone calls to say I am arrears and they do not know about the restructrering that was approved. Now this morning a Magda Kriel from Absa phoned me and while we were talking the call went dead. I called Absa back to speak to her and was told I can't as she is working from home. Then I spoke to somoene else and I requested to get phone call of the conversation that I had with the lady on 30.10.2020. I was told I am not allowed that call recording. I would like to know why? Is Absa being *****elent to their clients as I was told that call recordings is only for the bank purposes. So the bank can tell me I am lying when actually I am not lying? Thos morning I spoke to 2 different Absa agents and funny enough the picked my account was restructed but mentione three different terms and amounts.???????????? Really what is going on systems of Absa????. When I asked the one agent to speak to her supervisor or manager I was told I am noy allowed. If Absa is treating the clients this way. It is sad
