Bad attitude

I had problems with my card in Saturday morning. I then went to absa bank Rustenburg plaza, I qued, waited for a while then eventually I made it to the consultant. But the lady who helped had an attitude together with a security guard.

I was told to go try withdrawing money outside at the atm because&come back if it doesn't allow me to withdraw as it said I've exceeded my daily limit.

The ques were very long and then when I tried going back in to the lady who assisted me it was closed and then I was told to come back Monday. The lady together with the security guard were so arrogant.

I don't think I'll ever go back to that branch and or even if I'll continue using absa.
