Bad Attitude

I went in to Absa Bank (Rustenburg Mall) to enquire or rather get more clarity regarding an overdraft. I went to speak to the bank manager who was rude and arrogant. I have been banking with Absa since 2019 and so I don't know why did she have to behave in that manner because I don't even understand terms used at the bank. I was so ****ed off and I don't think I will ever go back to the same branch. She has a very bad, stinking attitude towards people as it was not for the first time.
