Bad attitude

Went to absa branch in Pta west Quagga centre and I was assisted by a gentlemen called Corretta Ralinala who was very rude he closed my account without my permission the reason why he did that is becAuse I wanted to withdraw money to the notice select account he said he sees no purpose for me to have this account as I was at the branch on Monday and didn't withdraw and he went on and closed my account.

I have made a decision that I am getting another service provider to assist me at the end of this month.

I am so disappointed in the service I received.
