bad attitude

I REPORTED THIS MATTER ON 11 JULY 2014. TO MY SHOCK TODAY, I HAD TO DISCOVER THAT THIS ISSUE WAS NEVER RESOLVED, EVEN THOUGH I WAS CONTACTED BY ABSA BANK AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE UNDERMENTIONED MATTER HAS BEEN RESOLVED. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE ABSA DID NOT RECTIFY THIS ISSUE. I WOULD LIKE IT ON BLACK AND WHITE THAT THIS MATTER HAVE BEEN RESOLVED<br> <br> I am married to Louis Nel and we bought our home together. I also have 2 personal loans. Currently we are trying to get under debt counseling. To a big shock of my life I found out that all my accounts including the home loan are in a joint account with my ex-husband V.A. Gough. We got divorced 32 years ago and all of a sudden he appears next to my name. I have being on the phone to ABSA most of the day and got no help. Everybody i spoke to said it is the bank's IT System and it must be updated. No-one seems to know what to do. One lady even asking me why did we not informed the bank that we were divorced. Hello!!! I don't know what to do anymore. Please help! I am married to L. Nel and not V.A. Gough. I need to have this issue resolved as soon as possible.<br>
