Bad and no response
We were under sequestration and went through rehab, and we are still waiting on our names to be cleared and the account to be closed, and A NIL statement to be sent Clive James Witten *** and Anna Aletta Witten ***. C-***6; C-***6; C-***1;

This has been going on for too long
I still do not have a proper answer, our names are not cleared as yet, this is just going on and on
ABSA says: the trustees must give instructions.
The trustees responded: Clearing of records has nothing to do with the trustees – they have the rehabilitation order that should be enough, and they should clear
I just received a statement from ABSA again saying I need to pay R 156....
When are our names going to be cleared?
There is a court order in place, and ABSA just does not do anything about clearing our name!!
SERVICE IS VERY POOR. I WANT THIS SORTED TODAY!!
