Bad ABSA service
Absa is ridiculous with charges I'm being charged 1700 almost every month for admin fee when I question them at the branch I don't get a sensible answer this is ridiculous bad service and no good customer service at all . I'm very disappointed in what Absa use to be compared to now

02 Dec 2024, 13:08I went to a branch in Tokai spoke to Zola Sibango she explained everything and reason for chargers I used the same branch previously and spoke to a different person but Zola resolved this so professionally I have a new mindset of Absa and I understand my account better.
