bad absa experience

<p>I have purcased a vehicle through ABSA financing. They have ommitted to include my VAT number on the finance agreement. SARS does not accept the documents without my VAT number. After numerous phone calls and emails ABSA refuses to assist me, even with a letter confiming that I have purchased a vehicle trough them! I stand to lose R18000 in the process and intend to hold ABSA responsible. Never never again will I do business with this bank where you deal with faceless people!!!! </p>
