Bad

I withdrew money late December from the Absa ATM. Only half the cash came out the rest couldn't come out and fell all over the place inside the machine and it closed. I emailed two days later and phoned three days later after my account wasn't credited automatically as I assumed it would be. I've been phoning them. Each time they said they're waiting on the investigator. But still nothing. It's the 9th of January now and as we all know January is a long month for most and I'm a pensioner. What a poor performance and service.
