BA credit card a waste of time

there are various spend benefits you are supposed to receive; 1. Partner voucher - firstly you need to tell them that you qualify, 2ndly it takes months to get the voucher loaded, 3rdly is virtually impossible to get a flight, I couldn't use my previous ticket and Im still struggling to get my current one loaded 2. You are supposed to get upgrade vouchers but you have to buy such an expensive ticket to get the benefit its hardly worth it. If you have queries there doesn't seem to be anyone that knows the product and can actually help
