Awful Service

Awful service for Car Finance from Reneilwe Mamatlepa who could not actually advice or amend my quote (as it was incorrect) and would not assist me further in doing so. What am I supposed to do with a quote that is incorrect and won't be changed by the employee or even advice given - is that not your job? Worst service ever and I will be taking my business literally anywhere else.
