Awesome service

I recently had a very unpleasant issue to resolve regarding my credit record.<br> I was very upset that I had to spend yet another day sorting out an issue that was resolved on 16/05/2013 already.<br> <br> I visited the ABSA Pretoria North branch and to my great surprise I was assisted by Linda Esterhuizen who not only provided friendly, courteous and professional service but also gave proper feedback as to what the following procedures are and immediately contacted ABSA H.O. to deal with the issue as well as sent me the necessary proof that the matter is resolved.<br> I was then contacted by Monique Naude from the ABSA H.O. and the issue was resolved in 3 days.<br> Monique Naude also provided friendly, courteous and professional service and kept me up to date as the progress of the case.<br> The instant the issue was resolved and the necessary proof sent to the credit record company, she mailed me the necessary documents to keep as proof<br> <br> I'd like to take this opportunity to thank these ladies (Linda Esterhuizen & Monique Naude) for the best service I have experienced in a long time (especially in the banking industry).<br> <br> I will gladly recommend the ABSA Pretoria North Branch to anyone.
