Awesome Service
A gentleman at the Client Services counter helped my wife and I earlier today (18 April 2018). His name is KAMOGELO MAFIRI.
He was extremely helpful and friendly and was ready to answer all our questions, including those that were not necessarily related to our query. He explained each and every step of the process of our enquiry and why the step was necessary. He clearly know what he is doing and he’s doing it with a big smile on his face. We even got over having waited in the queue.
Never let him go!
