AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE
I want to say what awesome service I received from Charlene Pienaar. I have had a number of occasions that I needed her help with issues pertaining to my account and she has always assisted me so nicely. I contacted her on the 1st and I know she was extremely busy as I too worked for Absa and I know that time of the month it's busy and Month-end recons and all kinds of in house reports that need to be done. Thank you that we still have people who know what customer service means. Keep up the wonderful work ABSA.
