Aweful banking experiences every month without fail

Impossible to bank with. ATMs always have an issue. Just about every month I walk to the ATM and I have to return home empty handed. its soul destroying. Been trying to fica my account for years and there's always an issue getting that done. many lunch breaks wasted. they just flat out waste your precious time and leave you empty handed more often than not. I now know capitec will accept the type of docs im trying to fica with but absa wont
