Awaiting refund

Good day, i had an arrangement with Absa and they debited more than the agreed amount. I called to enquire and was promised that i will get a refund after 5 days since i dont bank with Absa. I called again after 5 days and was told the request was submitted for approval as its more than R5k but i am still waiting. May i please get this refund ASAP?
