AWAITING FOR A LETTER FROM THE BANK FOR YEARS
Good Day I got my absa credit card in 2016. And closed all my accounts. On my credit report it still shows my credit card. Which has now become prescribed debt. No one has even contacted me regarding the my credit card. I have been trying to get the prescribed letter from Absa Bank. No one knows what they doing, they service is shocking and every one is very unhelpful. This is not acceptable and this matter needs to be addressed urgently. Please could someone from Absa bank sort this out for me.
