Awaiting feedback

To whom it may concern,<br> <br> We have a home loan application with ABSA which was approved we then requested them to reconsider the amount by R15000 (a small amount in my opinion over 30 years) but we have had no feedback, I phone and it consistently says the consultant is unavailable, I email and I get no response. To start with the consultant was amazing kept us up to date every step<br> Of the way, but it is now getting frustrating as the other banks have all submitted their offers and we wait on ABSA, I would just like to be able to communicate so we can accept and continue with the process. I don't believe it should take this long. If the consultant is busy I accept that but please give me someone that I can sort this out with ASAP! Come on ABSA I expect more from you guys.
