Awaiting a paid up letter and ITC to be updated

I am not happy, I paid my overdraft account full up with MBD, and no one is bothered to assist me with getting my paid up letter. I still need to pay my ABSA load account, and I would like to settle as I have monies coming my way with my mothers estate. and if I am battling so much to get a paid up letter, and for my information to be updated with ITC for a small overdraft amount that was paid, why should i settle then my load account which is a big account?

Can you please have one of your agents contacting me with a paid up letter ASAP as well as a settlement amount for my loan account. I no longer wish to work with any company besides ABSA to ensure that my payments are updated with ITC.
