Avoid ABSA Stockbrokers at all cost!

I am client of ABSA Stockbrokers for more than 15 years. A month ago they launched a new website and since then service has been non existent: I email them to do things and they don't reply. I can't access my monthly statements. Even basic security of the website is appalling and they didn't spot the problems before launch.

I really hope they get their act together so that I can delete this review in the near future.
