AVOID ABSA LIFE AT ALL COSTS

Be very careful of ABSA life contacting you on life insurance by telephone. It is a nightmare to cancel. I never received any documentation and after doing some comparatives I found it to be expensive and decided to cancel.<br> <br> As it is added to my bond I asked ABSA bonds to remove. They reffered me to ABSA life. Now this is just a joke. I had to forward al kinds of documents, but they are quite happy to take my money based on phone calls.<br> I have requested confirmation by email so many times with no avail. It is now almost 9am on Monday and their automatic switchboard still tells me to call in office hours being between 0830 and 1630.<br> <br> I can only imagine what it would be like to actually try and claim! One can not really complain about the service as there really isn't any!
