Avoid Absa Home Loans

I tried to apply for a further bond on my existing home loan.Absa conditionally approved my loan more than 3 weeks ago.I was told everyday that my application was with evaluations and will be finalized soon.2 Days before I needed the money Absa decided to inform me that they only approve 20% of what I asked even though my property is worth much more than the combined value I asked for.Absa told me my affordability is a problem because they take into account your maximum credit hat yo can spend for example if you have a 100 000 limit credit card they see the full 100 000 as an expense repaymnet per month even though I havent even nearly used that amount.Absa you will keep on losing customers with your pathetic attitude and ways of calculating affordability.I am moving my loan to SA Homeloans I had enough of your pathetic attitude and management style.CHANGE your management urgently you are pathetic
