Avoid Absa Business Banking-Pathetic Service

If you want to start a new business with Absa Business Banking and trying to open an account - DONT DO IT!Their service from Business Banking is shocking to say the least.We have been trying for almost a month now to open an account.We opend the business account online and was informed (not helped) by Brenda van der Merwe my application number is Application ref no IB-AO-9FZP-F5HC.Since then no word from her.I e-mailed her 3 times already I phoned the call centre they apparently "escalated" the matter.Absa is a joke really not even sure why I bothered to open a Business Acc with a company that has no sense of urgency when it comes to business.Pathetic AVOID ABSA BUSINESS BANKING
