AVIOS credit card delivered but no PIN so far, but account statement to me within couple of hours card delivered

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I have app**** for avios credit card recently and it got approved and delivered recently, I haven't received credit card PIN but I have received account statement within the couple of hours I received card. I dont understand why I got charged 150 rand which is initiation fee or something, Why ABSA works unlike other banks, I havent seen this before with any other bank charging R 150 to just open the credit card account which is too much. I have opened ABSA credit also in oast, but i did not got charged. please look into this matter</p>
