AVF no work ethics

My husband asked me to phone AVF because phoning from a cellphone is costly. You wait and listen to unappetizing music while on hold for a consultant. Finally a consultant attended to my call. Gave my husband's ID and wanted to know of I have signing authority on his account. So I informed the lady that I do not have but the client asked me to phone. She responded that she can't give me any detail because of aforementioned. Well I told her then she can phone Mr Rademeyer as he is in East London at the moment and that I am in Port Elizabeth. That is where she told thst she can't make out going calls. What the hell. How is that possible. That is where I insisted on speaking to a manager. Well, after all Absa put us through eg taking an installment for a vehicle that already been settled. (14/12/2019).my husband had thst payment reversed as that was an unauthorized debit. So they taking out of an account but can't put it back. That is where I took an attitude and told him that he will sort this matter out today because they have been sitting with the Ins. Funds since 5th November 2019. He told me he won't take any instruction from him. Who the hell does he think he is. Firstly they take money that doesn't belong to him and he expect us not to get angry. If he and his staff done what they were suppose to do this call nor this complaint would've been neccessary. Yes he did try to phone but like I explain to the consultant he work on cellphone towers and sometime they don't get signal. If they truly care about their clients and want to keep them happy they such do what is expected of them and not let clients and their wife's phone after them like beggars. It's Mr Rademeyers money Mr manager not yours for the taking. And for his superior I think he should be put on PIP with no incentive bonus.
