AVAF WORST SERVICE

I am at my wits end with Absa. I have been a loyal client for 12 years and also was a loyal staff member for 6 years but i am treated with no respect. I have asked Avaf several times to remove the fleet vehicle off my name as i have not worked or utilized the vehicle since November 2019 and yet 8 months later i am still receiving fines and summons for these fines under my name. i called them in January the first time this occurred and i was promised and assured that this has been resolved and i will no longer have this issue. But this is not the case. When i call to query this non of the *********** staff can assist me and always promises to get back to me but if ind myself sitting hours on the phone only when i call back just to be told it has not. I want this resolved by end of business today or i will be closing all my accounts with you as well as taking this further with the ombudsman and legal action
