AVAF Unprofessional
I am so disappointed in the level of service I received from AVAF. I’ve been on the line for over 30 minutes trying to get assistance with a refund. I’ve just been sent from pillar to post I don’t know how many times. I am using my own airtime for the call and have been put on hold numerous times without any assistance. I am so disappointed.

The refund is due to the fact I have a payment arrangement in tact and have comp**** with it. My account was debited a few days after paying my account manually. The money debited is for rent and I really do need it. My next payment is due only on the 20th of May. Please assist in this regard.
