AVAF Unauthorised Debit Order

Two AVAF debit orders went off from my account within a space of 2 days. on 23Dec and 25 Dec which resulted in a fee as the 2nd debit order was unauthorised and thus not catered for. I logged a complaint with ABSA bank with reference number C-***3 over a week ago, and nothing has been done. Pathetic and frustrating.
