Avaf service Is bad I regret taking up financing with them

Absa vehicle financing their service is terrible,when I took vehicle financing I specificallly told them and Agreed that they have to debit my account on the last day of the month, they keep debiting me on the 30th my debit order for my car keep bouncing and my credit score is being affected and im being charged bank fees,im so ****ed off with their bad service I regret taking vehicle financing with Avaf ,this is the third time this happed.I called several time to raise my complaint I specificallly asked for last day of the month. im tired of this bad service from Absa its becoming a ****.
