AVAF poor service

I stopped working at absa bank since 2019 and since then Ive been asking for my vehicle debit orders to be done on the last day of every month, and to date nothing has been resolved. I switched banks and Ive been transferring money into their account until they told me that its mandatory to have a debit order, I was okay with it and I gave them my new banking details and specified that I get money on the last day of every month. To my surprise they still debited on the 20th of each month, which is an inconvenience for me because they would debit money that still needs to sustain me till the last day of the month. I tried stopping the debit order, but they still manage to force debit!!!! Yesterday’s debit order was the worst because I need to do Christmas shopping with it and I can’t reverse the debit order. I need my money back and I want to stop the debit order unless they move it to the last day of the month. Every month I call for the same thing and the agents keep saying they moved the dates. AVAF has failed me multiple times. I want that money reversed!!!!
