avaf listed me on ITC as a bad/slow player incor

I discovered today through FNB when applying for funds that I have been listed on itc by Absa bank AVAF as a slow/bad payer . However I have never missed a single payment. My debit order has never bounced. I have never even made a manual payment. Absa themself just recently approved 2 separate homeloans in the last 3 months so how come am also listed by the same bank as a bad payer?????
