AVAF Lack of assistance!

Ending up here for a query so simple! I have had a query now for over 3 weeks regarding my ABSA vehicle finance. Numerous cases logged and numerous phone calls, different agents advising differently. This morning alone I have called more than 10 times and the calls are not being 9/10 times. Managed to reach an agent called lehohonolo who gave me an email to escalate to and to my suprise I just received a notification that the email does not exist. I simply want to settle my vehichle finance! The lastest reference is C-***1.
