AVAF Interest Change

Absa - AVAF, has suddenly increased my Interest rate from Prime (9.75%) to Prime+3% (12.75%) without notifying me or explaining why.
After conducting an affordability assessment, how can AVAF suddenly decide that after 2yrs I must suddenly pay an extra R1000 each month on my car???
I have never missed a payment and my account is actually in an Advanced/overpaid state!!!
As an ex-employee, I'm disgusted in Absa's service and ashamed to admit I once worked for them.
Do not Invest/bank/borrow with these people. Just look how much Barclays keeps getting fined for ************ practices. Barclays owns Absa. A fish rots from the head down.....
Where on Earth am I supposed to suddenly find an extra R1000 each month????!!!
