AVAF insurance claims not helpful

<p>I made a claim with Winchester for my car financed by Absa, the insurance has requested documents from the bank but the bank has not sent them, the people who are in the people who are supposed to send these documents are not saying anything and when I call them the call does not go through! Am I supposed to wait a lifetime to get these documents so that my insurance pays out? The number on their email signature is ********** (9940...1...2...3...4) </p>
