AVAF Declined deal on contract stages, i am permanent employed no longer on probation

i am very dissapointed on the deal of AVAF being declined, i have been an absa Clients for all the days of my life. my deal for the vehicle was approved however later declined on the later stage due to being a probation according to the contract .

My employer did promoted me to be the acting finance manager due to my skills and experience. i was given a letter stating that am now currently permanent as they dont see any need for probation period based on the knowledge.

i want the bank to revise the decision, i love absa and i recently being finance by the same bank on November and am trading the current car to another one.

i will always be a loyal customer of the bank.
